We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hosts to join our team for the busy summer season. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while being part of a fun, engaging team committed to excellence. As a host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and comfortable from the moment they step into our Lux Level. You will help maintain a secure and enjoyable atmosphere by actively engaging with customers and providing information about various cinema programs, including reserved seating, loyalty rewards, event cinema, and premium film formats. Our hosts must be available during peak business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the busy nature of our venue.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
Ability to explain program details clearly
Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customers have a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining moviegoing experience
Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty rewards, event cinema, and premium formats
Work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the theatre
Help manage guest flow and seating arrangements
Provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
