Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties
- Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customers have a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining moviegoing experience
- Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty rewards, event cinema, and premium formats
- Work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the theatre
- Help manage guest flow and seating arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
