Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customers have a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining movie going experience
- Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema, and premium formats
- Work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Monitor and enforce safety and security guidelines within the venue
