We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Hosts to join our team for the busy summer season. This role is essential in maintaining a highly visible presence throughout the Lux Level, ensuring that all customers enjoy a secure, safe, and comfortable experience. Hosts at Showcase SuperLux play a critical role in providing an entertaining moviegoing environment by explaining various cinema programs, including our reserved seating option, loyalty rewards, event cinema promotions, and premium format presentations. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to assist and guide customers in a lively and bustling theatre environment.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work during peak business times including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
Must be 18 years or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cinema operations is a plus

Job Duties

Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customers have a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining moviegoing experience
Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema, and premium formats
Work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Assist with seating arrangements and customer inquiries
Promote loyalty programs and special events
Ensure the theatre environment is clean and welcoming
