Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work during peak business times including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cinema operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customers have a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining moviegoing experience
- Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema, and premium formats
- Work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Assist with seating arrangements and customer inquiries
- Promote loyalty programs and special events
- Ensure the theatre environment is clean and welcoming
