- flexibility to work during peak times

- ability to handle multiple guests and inquiries simultaneously

Job Duties
- maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customer safety and comfort
- explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty programs, event cinema, and premium formats
- provide a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining movie-going experience
- work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- greet and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- support team members in managing busy periods
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the hosting area
