We are currently hiring hosts to join our vibrant team for the busy summer season. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards that have earned Showcase SuperLux its distinguished reputation. As a host, you will be the welcoming face that greets guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and engaged throughout their visit. You will actively manage the Lux Level, maintaining high visibility to assist guests, and explain our cinema programs clearly, including our reserved seating options, loyalty rewards, event cinema features, and premium format screenings. The position requires adaptability and a positive attitude, especially during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays, when the theatre experiences its highest footfall.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexibility to work during peak times
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to handle multiple guests and inquiries simultaneously
