Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work during peak business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customers have a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining moviegoing experience
- Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema, and premium formats
- Work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
- Assist guests with inquiries about cinema services and programs
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service that enhances the overall guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to manage crowd control and maintain order
