We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hosts to join our team for the busy summer season. This role is vital in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere and superior service that our patrons have come to expect. As a Host, you will be the face of Showcase SuperLux, interacting directly with guests to ensure they have a memorable and enjoyable visit. You'll play an essential role in maintaining a secure, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the Lux Level. In addition, you will be responsible for explaining various cinema programs such as reserved seating, loyalty rewards, event cinema, and premium format offerings, helping guests maximize their experience.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work during peak business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong customer service orientation
Good verbal communication skills
Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Maintain high visibility throughout the Lux Level while ensuring customers have a secure, safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and entertaining moviegoing experience
Explain various cinema programs including reserved seating, loyalty, event cinema, and premium formats
Work during peak business times such as nights, weekends, and holidays
Assist guests with inquiries about cinema services and programs
Ensure compliance with all safety and security guidelines
Provide excellent customer service that enhances the overall guest experience
Collaborate with team members to manage crowd control and maintain order
