Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to work flexible hours including peak business times

Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with ticket purchases and inquiries
Operate concession stands and handle food and beverage sales
Maintain cleanliness and organization of theatre areas
Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth theatre operations
Assist in managing peak business periods including nights, weekends, and holidays
