- TABC and Food Handlers Certifications required
- Work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Anticipate and personalize each guest's experience
- Provide genuine, attentive hospitality
- Guide guests through menu selections with knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and allergens
- Ensure efficient and detail-oriented service through accurate order entry and clear team communication
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Uphold Four Seasons and Forbes Five-Star standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns
- Support teammates and foster a positive, collaborative environment
