Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- must be 18 years old to operate some equipment
- able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- willingness to comply with company uniform and appearance standards
- ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- pass any necessary background or eligibility checks
- eligible to work in the United States as Cicis is an E-Verify company

Job Duties
- Perform assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients
- making quality products
- taking guest orders
- providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions
- act with a sense of urgency in all work
- work as a team and assist each other by being on time for shifts
- support other work positions as needed during shifts
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with Cicis image and appearance standards
- contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
- accurately use the POS system
- process cash and credit card transactions
- support sales initiatives by suggestively selling
- protect restaurant assets by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
- comply with all security standards
