The role of Assistant Manager at Cici's Pizza is a pivotal leadership position within the restaurant. This role requires an individual who can take comprehensive responsibility for managing daily operations, particularly stepping in during the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. Assistant Managers play an essential part in maintaining operational standards and ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing product preparation, ensuring customers receive high-quality service, upholding restaurant maintenance, managing inventory and finances, leading and motivating the team, and recruiting and retaining top talent. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
  • Oversee customer relations to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage restaurant maintenance and repair activities
  • Control inventory management and ordering processes
  • Lead team management including recruiting and retaining staff
  • Uphold financial accountability and budget management
