We are currently seeking a highly organized, reliable, and creative Host or Hostess to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial as the host or hostess serves as the first point of contact for guests entering Cibo and also the last person they interact with as they leave. The host or hostess sets the tone for the entire dining experience, acting much like a concierge by offering exceptional service and warm hospitality. Responsibilities will include greeting guests by name, managing reservations, answering calls, seating patrons, assisting the servers, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Additional duties may include providing guests with local information such as directions, recommendations for shopping or entertainment, and handling any issues or concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, as well as the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in hosting or restaurant service is preferred, along with a high school diploma or GED. Physical stamina is necessary due to prolonged periods of standing and walking.
