We are currently seeking a Service Greeter / Clerk to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in managing customer interactions from the moment they arrive until the completion of the vehicle service. The Service Greeter / Clerk is responsible for assisting customers scheduling service appointments, answering inquiries, and providing follow-up communication. Whether you join us part-time or full-time, you will become an essential link between our customers and our service team, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a proactive approach to managing customer needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to thrive in a customer-focused role within the automotive service industry.

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to multitask in fast paced environment
  • able to sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear regularly
  • able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • current valid driver’s license and insurability rating
