We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Hourly Sous Chef to join our esteemed Culinary team. This full-time position offers competitive pay based on experience and requires flexibility in working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Hourly Sous Chef will play a vital role in leading kitchen operations, supporting and coaching culinary associates, and ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supervising the culinary team during daily operations, preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. You will also assist with inventory management, food storage, and requisitioning, while collaborating on station setup and breakdown to ensure efficient service.

Job Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred or a minimum of three years of professional culinary experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or banquet kitchen preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques including saute, grill, fry, sauces, meat fabrication, and seafood preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- ServSafe Food Handler or Manager Certification or ability to obtain

- Coaching, training, and developing culinary associates while promoting teamwork and accountability
