Job Requirements

Ability to stand/walk 8 hours
Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally
Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish

Job Qualifications

Experience in specialty retail or a customer-focused environment
Friendly and guest service oriented
Ability to communicate effectively
Neat and clean hygiene

Job Duties

Provide exceptional guest service by prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times
Greet guests warmly with eye contact and a smile
Educate guests on Vosges Haut-Chocolat products and brand story
Process sales transactions and follow all cash handling procedures
Promote and explain in-store marketing promotions
Assist with new product rollouts and actively sell to guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe boutique environment
Handle guest concerns respectfully and with urgency
Communicate guest feedback to management
Complete boutique opening and closing procedures
Participate in putting away weekly chocolate shipments and monthly inventory counts
