Job Description
Our chiropractic office is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients through comprehensive chiropractic care and personalized treatment plans. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and professional environment where every team member plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Our practice is based on the philosophy of treating people holistically, helping them achieve optimal health by addressing the root causes of their ailments rather than just the symptoms. We are located locally, serving the community with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
We are currently looking to hire a top-performing Front Desk Associate to join our vibrant and motivated team. This is a pivotal role that requires a professional with at least 2 years of experience in a chiropractic or medical office setting. The ideal candidate will be someone who excels in multitasking, demonstrates excellent people and sales skills, and possesses strong proficiency in computer use and ICD10 billing coding. This role demands a highly organized individual who is a self-starter and capable of working independently without the need for micromanagement. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a significant role in streamlining office operations as well as contributing to patient satisfaction and retention.
This position offers a work schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday with two shifts per day: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:45 PM to 6:30 PM, totaling 35 to 40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level, with an additional bonus system to reward outstanding performance. The role also includes some paid vacation days and access to a 401(k) retirement plan with a matching option, supporting our employees' long-term financial security. We require applicants to be local residents to facilitate smooth and consistent attendance.
As our Front Desk Associate, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that include greeting and checking in patients, managing patient data, collecting payments, submitting insurance claims, and scheduling appointments. You will also oversee some office operations such as monitoring social media, recruiting new patients, managing the doctor's schedule, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Proficiency in verifying insurance information and reconciling accounts is essential to maintaining operational accuracy. Joining our team means becoming part of a mission-driven organization focused on enhancing lives by promoting health and wellness through expert chiropractic care. If you are passionate about helping people and skilled in office management within a medical environment, this role offers rewarding challenges and the opportunity to contribute significantly to our clinic's success.
