Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older
- minimum of 7 years of advanced experience in specialty field and/or pursuing advanced education in a related field
- ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs
- experience teaching a minimum of 4 years in the specialized area
- obtain and maintain all new hires certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire

Job Duties
- create and manage Child Watch staff schedules to ensure coverage during all operating hours
- coordinate coverage for staff call outs including same day adjustments when needed
- communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to staff and leadership
- support onboarding training reinforcement and daily supervision of Child Watch staff as assigned
- ensure staffing ratios safety procedures and YMCA policies are consistently followed
- manage the Child Watch birthday party calendar including scheduling confirmations and space coordination
- serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding birthday party inquiries and bookings
