Job Duties
- Arranges food and beverage items in a serving line for efficient service
- Collects payments for food items from students and staff
- Inventories food, condiments, and supplies to ensure availability
- Maintains equipment, storage, food preparation, and serving areas in sanitary condition
- Maintains stockroom by organizing food and supply orders
- Prepares and serves food and beverage items to meet nutritional and meal requirements
- Cross-trained as a cashier to maintain accurate records and comply with policies
- Reports equipment malfunctions or concerns to the Manager
- Supports student workers to ensure an efficient, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Performs basic math calculations including percents and ratios
- Performs other duties as assigned by Leadership Team
