Job Duties

  • Arranges food and beverage items in a serving line for efficient service
  • Collects payments for food items from students and staff through cash and ID scans
  • Inventories food, condiments, and supplies to meet menu requirements
  • Maintains equipment and food preparation areas in sanitary condition compliant with health standards
  • Maintains stockroom and organizes food and supply orders
  • Prepares and serves food and beverage items to meet mandated nutritional guidelines
  • Cross-trained as a cashier to maintain accurate records and comply with policies
  • Reports equipment malfunctions or concerns to management
  • Supports student workers to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Performs basic math including calculations and ratios
  • Performs other duties as assigned by leadership team
