Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for prolonged periods
ability to lift or carry heavy objects occasionally
ability to work with kitchen machinery with moving parts
adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 2:00 pm
willingness to perform substitute duties as needed

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in food preparation or service preferred
knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
ability to stand for prolonged periods
ability to lift and carry heavy objects occasionally
good communication skills
ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

assist the cook-manager in daily preparation of large food quantities
provide service on the cafeteria line
perform vegetable and salad preparation
carry out clean up duties as assigned
substitute occasionally for the cook-manager
follow good safety and sanitation rules and procedures
perform related duties as assigned
