Job Description
Learning Care Group, Inc. stands as North America’s second-largest for-profit childcare provider and a recognized leader in early childhood education. The company operates a diverse family of brands that deliver specialized programs for children ranging from six weeks to twelve years old. Focused on excellence, Learning Care Group is committed to fostering nurturing environments through cutting-edge facilities equipped with advanced technology and expertly designed curriculum developed by their in-house education team. These efforts exemplify their dedication to shaping young minds by supporting holistic development and lifelong learning in the communities they serve.
Our Promise at Learning Care Group is to make a meaningful impact on every child, their family, and the larger community. We offer a comprehensive, research-driven curriculum that promotes the overall well-being and growth of each child in a safe, engaging, and nurturing atmosphere. By preparing children for school and instilling a love of learning, we lay strong foundations for their future success. Our focus extends beyond childcare; it is a journey to enhance early education while ensuring the health and safety of each child remains our top priority.
The role of a Housekeeping Aide at one of our childcare centers is integral to creating the clean, organized, and safe environments that enable children to thrive. This position is more than traditional cleaning; it is about maintaining the essential quality of our facility so that children can learn and grow with peace of mind. Housekeeping Aides keep the classrooms, playgrounds, restrooms, and entire building orderly, sanitary, and welcoming. They perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, removing trash, and refilling dispensers to maintain hygiene standards.
Additionally, Housekeeping Aides ensure that school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls remain in good condition by conducting necessary cleaning duties. They also contribute to the warm and inviting atmosphere by assisting in putting up and taking down seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year. This position is not just about cleanliness; it is about helping create an environment where children feel safe, cared for, and inspired to learn. Working closely with the team, the Housekeeping Aide supports the center’s mission to provide top-tier early education and childcare.
Learning Care Group offers a collaborative and supportive team environment where individuals are encouraged to grow professionally and personally. Candidates who join us should be comfortable working around children, be eager to learn, and possess a willingness to develop and grow within a dynamic team setting. Those who meet state and center educational requirements will find a meaningful role contributing to early childhood education, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained in our childcare centers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a valued team that profoundly impacts children’s development and community well-being.
