The company believes that its people are its greatest resource, fostering a workplace culture where employees are heard, valued, and supported through comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. With a mission centered on nurturing children and empowering families, Learning Care offers a unique blend of support, flexibility, and professional development that distinguishes it within the childcare sector.
At Learning Care, the employment experience is designed to be more than just a job; it is portrayed as a meaningful journey filled with purpose and opportunity. The company supports its employees by offering a minimum 50 percent childcare discount, immediate access to health and wellness benefits, innovative health programs, a 401(k) company match, and a whole range of other incentives that promote employee well-being. Work-life balance is deeply embedded in the organization’s culture, evidenced by flexible schedules with no requirement for night or weekend shifts, the ability to bring your children to work, and paid time off to recharge. Learning Care invests heavily in the growth and development of its team members through ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and a distinctive Master Teacher Program designed to cultivate teaching excellence.
The role of Housekeeping Aide at Learning Care is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting childcare environment where children can freely learn and grow. This position ensures that the building, classrooms, playgrounds, and other facilities are meticulously cared for through regular janitorial duties. Housekeeping Aides contribute directly to the children’s health and safety by ensuring that the physical environment remains spotless, organized, and welcoming. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and restrooms, emptying trash, and assisting with cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Additionally, Housekeeping Aides take part in seasonal decorations, adding a festive and cheerful ambiance that enhances the overall environment for children and staff alike.
Safety and health are paramount in this role, and candidates must be comfortable working around children and committed to upholding the stringent cleanliness standards required in a childcare setting. Learning Care embraces diversity and inclusivity, acting as an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on any protected classification. The Housekeeping Aide position offers a chance for individuals who are eager to contribute positively to a childcare center’s operation and are enthusiastic about joining a supportive team dedicated to quality care for children and families.
