Importantly, no prior experience is required, as ABC provides paid training and fully covers the cost of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years old, implementing personalized, play-based ABA therapy under the supervision of certified professionals. Your daily tasks will involve following individualized treatment plans, collecting session data, and engaging children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. The role requires maintaining an active pace throughout therapy sessions, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and collaborating closely with a supportive and dedicated team. In addition to the rewarding nature of the work, ABC offers competitive pay based on your education and previous ABA experience, with hourly rates ranging from $16.50 to $27.00.
