Job Requirements

  • Licensed therapist psychiatrist psychologist clinician or other qualified mental health professional with direct crisis-care experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in adolescent mental health suicide prevention eating disorder treatment child safety or related fields 8-20 years preferred for senior contributors
  • Strong expertise in clinical risk assessment crisis intervention and youth mental health
  • Experience working with digital mental health services online safety initiatives or technology-enabled support environments
  • Knowledge of child online safety exploitation prevention or CSAM-related policy frameworks
  • Excellent analytical clinical and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain sensitive topics clearly and responsibly
  • Ability to work independently in a remote collaborative environment

  • Establish best-practice standards for digital mental health support and clinical safety
  • Design detection frameworks to identify evaluate and flag potentially harmful online content involving youth mental health crises
  • Create and refine clinical response guidelines escalation protocols and risk evaluation frameworks for digital environments
  • Provide expert input on child online safety exploitation risks and CSAM-adjacent policy considerations
  • Review and improve AI-generated safety recommendations for clinical accuracy and responsible decision-making
  • Clearly communicate clinical reasoning safety recommendations and evaluation criteria through detailed written documentation
