Job Requirements
- Licensed therapist psychiatrist psychologist clinician or other qualified mental health professional with direct crisis-care experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in adolescent mental health suicide prevention eating disorder treatment child safety or related fields 8-20 years preferred for senior contributors
- Strong expertise in clinical risk assessment crisis intervention and youth mental health
- Experience working with digital mental health services online safety initiatives or technology-enabled support environments
- Knowledge of child online safety exploitation prevention or CSAM-related policy frameworks
- Excellent analytical clinical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain sensitive topics clearly and responsibly
- Ability to work independently in a remote collaborative environment

Job Duties

- Develop taxonomies related to self-harm suicide prevention eating disorders emotional dependency and other online safety risks affecting minors
- Establish best-practice standards for digital mental health support and clinical safety
- Design detection frameworks to identify evaluate and flag potentially harmful online content involving youth mental health crises
- Create and refine clinical response guidelines escalation protocols and risk evaluation frameworks for digital environments
- Provide expert input on child online safety exploitation risks and CSAM-adjacent policy considerations
- Review and improve AI-generated safety recommendations for clinical accuracy and responsible decision-making
