  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building structures
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all equipment and systems
  • Manage a team of maintenance and engineering staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
  • Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary constraints
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed with minimal disruption to hotel operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to hotel facilities and equipment
