Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and experience developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of all equipment and systems

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
Develop and manage the department budget ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary constraints
