Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and experience developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Develop and manage the department budget ensuring that all expenses are within budgetary constraints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed with minimal disruption to hotel operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements to hotel facilities and equipment
