Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- five years of food service experience
- two years of supervisory experience
- ability to obtain ServSafe Manager certification within six months
- physical ability to stand, reach, talk, hear, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to perform hands-on kitchen tasks
- commitment to following HACCP guidelines
- ability to work in a moderate noise environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum five years of experience in food service, with at least two years in a supervisory role
- ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within six months
- strong leadership and team coaching skills
- familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- commitment to quality service and food safety
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate food service personnel in meal preparation and serving
- establish and maintain high standards in food handling, serving, cleaning, and sanitation
- develop and follow standard operating procedures to maintain service consistency
- make recommendations to management regarding service improvements, personnel, and equipment
- evaluate and counsel staff on work performance
- oversee facility inspections and requisitioning of supplies
- ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and complete required documentation
