Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in meat production or related field preferred
- Ability to perform hands-on manufacturing tasks accurately
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday day shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties in a production environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in meat production or a similar manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a production setting
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of production processes and yield management
Job Duties
- Completing daily and monthly production needs through hands on manufacturing of stock, JIT and special-order needs, and packaging
- Understand knowledge of production yield, quality standards, and adherence to department policies and procedures
- Demonstrate and model behavior consistent with the department’s core values and assist with maintaining an environment conducive to success for the production team
- Consistently perform all duties related to department and product handling tasks while modeling production team policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist with other special assignments as assigned
- Perform duties in a timely and courteous manner with respect for all company personnel and property
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the department's core values: quality, teamwork, relationships, respect, safety, commitment, change
