The role of Chick-fil-A Supervisor at Aramark is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals eager to take a leadership role within a passionate food services team. The Chick-fil-A Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and service in line with Aramark policies and procedures. Responsibilities include producing and managing work schedules, directing daily activities, and maintaining food production to meet safety and quality standards.

Supervisors ensure that food is stored safely and prepared correctly per menu specifications, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment. They are also responsible for supervising, mentoring, and evaluating employees to promote growth, morale, efficiency, and teamwork within the team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, as well as handling equipment maintenance logs, food safety temperature checks, and participating in preventative maintenance.

Chick-fil-A Supervisors may occasionally need to fill in for absent employees and assist with cashier duties when required. They are expected to support catering event preparations and deliveries, sometimes working occasional nights or weekends for special events. Communication with staff and participation in meetings is essential to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
  • Direct daily activities
  • Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality per policies and procedures
  • Ensure food items are stored safely, organized, and hazard-free
  • Maintain serving schedules ensuring food items are served according to menu specifications
  • Maintain sanitary department following health and safety codes
  • Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis
  • Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production
  • Supervise and evaluate employees including counseling and promoting growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
  • Train and mentor other food service workers
  • Maintain logs on equipment maintenance
  • Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
  • Perform preventative maintenance checklist
  • Recommend equipment replacement
  • Proficient in multi-tasking
  • Perform other duties as requested by Food Service Director or Manager
  • Fill in for absent employees as necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery
  • Work occasional night and weekend catered events
  • Attend food service meetings
  • Maintain communication with staff including office communication
  • Perform cashier duties as needed
