Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week
- Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month
- Must be able to pass the State of Texas Food Handlers Certification process
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- Be able to handle directions and feedback during coaching moments
- Show up on time, have a great attitude and a willingness to work hard
- Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross trained
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Use the CORE 4 model to serve guests by creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking with a friendly tone, and always saying 'My Pleasure'
- Provide second mile service by going above and beyond to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Build great relationships with fellow team members
- Prepare guests' food quickly, efficiently, and accurately
- Keep stations stocked and maintain a clean working environment
- Adhere strictly to food safety procedures and Chick-fil-A's operational standards
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment as required by Chick-fil-A Operating Standards
