Job Requirements
- Food Service Certificate as needed
- sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
- willingness to adhere to uniform policy and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- availability to coordinate daily with management
- adherence to food safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
- good communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu
- prepare daily report that verifies transactions
- ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner
- serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures
- use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives
- add garnishments to ensure customer happiness and eye appeal
- coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking and serving equipment
