Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the foodservice industry preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time preferred, part-time ok
- Ability to work nights, weekends (Friday/Saturday) and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain composure, and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish fluency not required, but would be helpful

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of Back of House team members, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and providing guidance when needed
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, adhering to Chick-fil-A policies and local health department guidelines
- Demonstrate and enforce excellent customer service, ensuring all guests receive a positive and memorable experience
- Oversee the smooth operation of the Back of House during assigned shifts, including facilities management, cleanliness focused, order accuracy, and maintaining an excellent speed of service
- Assist in training new team members on Chick-fil-A procedures, policies, and standards
- Monitor inventory levels, put truck orders away, anticipate needs before we run out, and ensure proper restocking of any necessary items
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and encouraging team members, recognizing their contributions, and providing constructive feedback
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
