Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in the foodservice industry preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a reliable source of transportation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full-time preferred, part-time ok
  • Ability to work nights, weekends (Friday/Saturday) and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain composure, and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Spanish fluency not required, but would be helpful

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead a team of Back of House team members, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and providing guidance when needed
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, adhering to Chick-fil-A policies and local health department guidelines
  • Demonstrate and enforce excellent customer service, ensuring all guests receive a positive and memorable experience
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the Back of House during assigned shifts, including facilities management, cleanliness focused, order accuracy, and maintaining an excellent speed of service
  • Assist in training new team members on Chick-fil-A procedures, policies, and standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, put truck orders away, anticipate needs before we run out, and ensure proper restocking of any necessary items
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating and encouraging team members, recognizing their contributions, and providing constructive feedback
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
