As an Assistant Kitchen Director, you will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence across all areas of the back of house (BOH). You will oversee the food quality to ensure it meets Chick-fil-A's high standards, build and lead high-performance teams, and identify emerging leaders within the kitchen staff. Managing a team of more than 50 employees, you will create a motivating vision and culture, coach team members for success, and enforce accountability to uphold exceptional standards.

Your responsibilities will extend to driving profitability by implementing cost reduction strategies, enhancing productivity, and maintaining an efficient, lean inventory system. Ensuring safety and compliance within the work environment is also a vital aspect of this role, promoting both food safety and team well-being. Collaboration is key, and you will work cross-functionally with other department leaders to set and achieve ambitious goals that increase overall restaurant performance.

This position requires availability for night shifts and Saturdays, especially during football season, to meet the dynamic needs of the restaurant.
