The Special Events Coordinator at Circa Hospitality Group plays a pivotal role within the Special Events Department, reporting directly to the Special Events Manager. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the flawless planning, organization, and execution of a wide array of events held across Circa's multiple properties. These events include renowned slot and blackjack tournaments, themed gatherings at the distinctive rooftop lounge called Legacy Club, and various casino promotional giveaways. The Coordinator supports the team by managing daily departmental tasks and ensuring that every event aligns with the company’s service standards and policies.
The role demands a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced casino environment and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills. The Coordinator works closely with various departments, coordinating complex schedules and logistical details to guarantee the success of each event. - Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate thoughts effectively in a variety of settings
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work well with others in a team
- Excellent spelling, grammar, editing and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the Company and State of Nevada
