This role involves working as a server in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment where delivering a WOW experience to every guest during each visit is paramount. Servers follow established steps of service to ensure that all guests receive consistent, top-notch hospitality from the moment they arrive until they leave. This position requires upholding strict adherence to state and local liquor laws, including verifying guests' legal age through visual ID checks and ensuring beverages are served responsibly, never to anyone under 21 years of age.

The server is responsible for ringing orders accurately into the point of sale system, effectively communicating with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food and drinks. Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality and freshness is essential to uphold the restaurant’s reputation. Servers are trained to keenly observe guests for any non-verbal cues and promptly address any concerns by notifying management and professionally interacting with customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.

In addition to guest service, this role includes clearing and cleaning tables and bar areas throughout the shift to ensure a pleasant and sanitary dining environment. The server is expected to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously to protect guest health and safety. Other tasks include refilling beverages, completing opening, running, and closing duties as well as side work. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, be confident using the POS system for order entry, clocking in and out, and closing out transactions efficiently.
