Job Requirements
- No education required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand or walk during entire shift
- Good reading, writing and math skills
- Ability to carry drinks and food on tray
- Must visually check IDs and uphold liquor laws
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Follow the steps of service and ensure a WOW experience for every guest every time
- Visually check IDs to determine guest’s legal age
- Uphold state and local liquor laws and do not serve anyone under age 21
- Ring orders into point of sale system and communicate additional information to bartenders and cooks
- Ensure all food and drinks meet standards of quality and freshness
- Observe guests and respond to non-verbal cues
- Notify the manager of any guest complaints and interact professionally
- Clear, clean and perform table/bar maintenance throughout shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation policies
- Refill beverages when necessary
- Complete all opening, running, closing duties and side work
- Continuously promote teamwork
- Perform various tasks delegated by management
- Generate fun and excitement through personality and positive attitude
- Use excellent communication skills
- Work the POS system efficiently
- Stand or walk during entire shift
- Listen to guests, respond verbally and interact with team members
- Carry drinks and food orders to guests’ table/bar on tray
