Currently, Kao is seeking dedicated individuals to join their manufacturing team as Compounders / Batch Makers during the second shift, which runs from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. This role involves precise production activities essential to maintaining the quality and consistency of Kao's products. Employees in this position will be responsible for handling raw materials, operating processing equipment, and ensuring that all manufacturing procedures align with the company’s exacting standards. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity for individuals passionate about quality and safety in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 depending on experience, with additional shift differential and bonus opportunities. The role of Compounder / Batch Maker is vital to ensuring that every batch of product meets Kao’s premium quality standards. Responsibilities include accurately weighing raw materials, documenting manufacturing processes in detail, transferring products to holding tanks, sampling and testing materials, and maintaining clean and well-functioning equipment. Employees will also perform basic maintenance and partake in departmental improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
