The Chef/Kitchen Manager role at the Delta Sky Club is a dynamic leadership position suited for candidates with prior culinary supervisory experience and a passion for food production. The successful candidate will report directly to the Executive Chef and play a critical role in managing kitchen operations, including purchasing, recipe compliance, inventory management, and food production forecasting. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent
- minimum 1 year management experience
Job Qualifications
- supervisory culinary background within hotel banquets, country clubs and upscale restaurants with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends
- excellent mentoring/leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards
- have the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings or late evenings including weekends and holidays
- strong coaching and employee development skills
- have a passion for food and innovation
Job Duties
