Caesars Entertainment is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality and gaming industry, renowned for its commitment to providing extraordinary experiences to guests. With a rich legacy that spans decades, Caesars has established itself as a premier entertainment company, operating a diverse portfolio of resorts, casinos, and hotels across the United States and internationally. The company is dedicated to upholding its mission of "Create the Extraordinary," which reflects its passion for delivering memorable moments and exceptional service to every guest. Caesars Entertainment's vision is to create spectacular worlds that immerse, inspire, and connect people, making every visit a unique and magical experience. The company's core values, "Blaze the Trail, Together We Win, All-In on Service," emphasize innovation, teamwork, and a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction.
An important aspect of Caesars Entertainment is its corporate social responsibility initiative, People Planet Play, which highlights the company's ongoing dedication to economic development, community welfare, and the wellbeing of its team members and their families. Caesars is more than just a place to work; it is a community that values inclusivity, diversity, and respect for every individual. Through its comprehensive employee programs and supportive work environment, Caesars fosters a culture where team members can thrive both personally and professionally.
The role available within Caesars Entertainment focuses on maintaining the physical appearance and operational standards of the hotel's beverage outlets, corridors, foyers, and storage areas. This position involves a variety of tasks including cleaning, inventory management, trash removal, and supply stocking, all performed to meet the high standards set by Caesars management. The individual in this role will utilize various equipment, materials, and techniques to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout their assigned areas.
Additionally, the role requires supporting culinary and service teams by assisting with food preparation oversight, inventory reviews, and quality control procedures. Responsibilities extend to collaborating with executive chefs or culinary department chiefs to ensure compliance with hotel and state health regulations and to aid in product ordering and stock management. This hands-on position is crucial to maintaining the seamless operation of food and beverage services within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
Candidates will be expected to have significant restaurant experience, including exposure to diverse cuisines such as steakhouses and Italian food, along with supervisory experience to effectively manage workflow and team coordination. Physical stamina is also essential since the job requires standing for extended periods and handling manual tasks like lifting and moving weight up to 25 lbs. A neat appearance and strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are mandatory to maintain professionalism in interactions with guests and colleagues.
Working at Caesars Entertainment offers a unique opportunity to be part of a company that not only values excellence and innovation but also strives to provide a family-style approach to service where every member feels connected and valued. The Flamingo Resort, a flagship property operated by Caesars located on the famed Las Vegas Strip, epitomizes this spirit by offering vibrant entertainment and hospitality experiences. With over 3,500 rooms and suites, a sprawling casino floor, and a lush tropical backyard, the Flamingo is a landmark destination where team members contribute to creating memorable moments for guests from around the world.
This role embodies the essence of Caesars Entertainment’s commitment to "Together We Win," fostering a culture of respect, support, and personalized attention. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in dynamic environments, and are eager to contribute to a leading entertainment brand that consistently delivers outstanding service and experiences.
