Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality and gaming industry, renowned for creating extraordinary experiences that captivate and inspire millions of guests each year. Established with a mission to "Create the Extraordinary," Caesars Entertainment operates a diverse portfolio of casinos, resorts, and entertainment venues across North America and beyond. The company is committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering unparalleled service, which has earned it a celebrated reputation and numerous industry accolades. Their core values—Blaze the Trail, Together We Win, and All-In on Service—reflect a culture of teamwork, dedication, and outstanding guest engagement. The company also places a strong emphasis on corporate social responsibility through its People Planet Play framework, which enhances economic development, supports employee wellbeing, and contributes positively to the communities they serve.
At Caesars Entertainment, you will join an award-winning team that fosters a family-style service approach, where respect, connection, and teamwork create a welcoming environment for guests and employees alike. Based at Paris Las Vegas, a premier resort known for its romantic ambiance and classic European style, you will be part of a dynamic organization that features 2,900 guest rooms, 295 opulent suites, 11 exquisite restaurants, and the iconic Eiffel Tower attraction. This role combines a passion for hospitality with a commitment to maintaining the high standards for which Caesars is famous.
The position focuses on maintaining the physical appearance and operational standards of the Hotel's Beverage outlets, corridors, foyers, and storerooms. You will use various equipment, materials, and techniques to ensure these areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming to guests, aligning with Caesars Entertainment's unwavering dedication to quality and guest satisfaction. This role involves removing and compacting trash efficiently and performing inventory tasks to ensure supplies are readily available and well-stocked.
In addition to maintaining impeccable physical standards, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary Department Chiefs (CDC) to ensure all product preparations meet management-set quality and safety benchmarks, including compliance with hotel and state health regulations. Your responsibilities extend to reviewing orders, managing inventory, recommending stock levels, and supporting special food orders, particularly for VIP clientele, showcasing an integral role in the seamless operation of food and beverage services.
This hands-on role demands a minimum of five years' experience in the restaurant industry, with exposure to diverse cuisines such as steakhouses and Italian, as well as at least two years in a supervisory capacity. You will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, maintain a neat personal appearance, and display the physical stamina required to work standing for extended periods and handle manual tasks like lifting and reaching.
Overall, this role offers a unique opportunity to blend hospitality expertise with leadership in a prestigious environment, contributing directly to the extraordinary experiences that define Caesars Entertainment. You'll be supported by a company that values diversity, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodations to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Join Caesars Entertainment to be part of a team that not only sets the standard for luxury hospitality but also champions employee growth and community impact.
