This position requires a self-starter with excellent knife skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, motivating attitude. Additionally, familiarity with food industry trends and computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, are valuable for success in this role.

Working at Flik Hospitality Group means joining a company that not only values your culinary skills but also cares about your overall well-being by offering a diverse range of benefits. From comprehensive medical and dental insurance to employee wellness programs and flexible spending accounts, Flik supports its associates both professionally and personally.
