Job Requirements

  • associate degree or equivalent experience
  • prior culinary or kitchen management experience
  • ability to work in high volume foodservice environments
  • strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • proficient in computer skills including microsoft office and internet use
  • willing to participate in client satisfaction activities
  • servsafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • associate of science degree or equivalent experience
  • progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • catering experience a plus
  • experience in high volume and complex foodservice operations
  • knowledge of food and catering trends
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • servsafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and account expenditures
  • assist the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus
  • produce and execute catering events
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and culinary team
  • supervise hourly associates and provide training
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
