Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or hotel
  • Strong culinary technical skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety sanitation and safety procedures
  • Familiarity with inventory control and cost management

Job Qualifications

  • Assist with menu planning seasonal specials and innovation of new offerings
  • Monitor food and labor costs to support operational efficiency
  • Enforce proper food handling sanitation and safety procedures
  • Support team in training scheduling and performance management
