Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or hotel
- Strong technical culinary skills with a passion for creativity and innovation
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse culinary team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards inventory control and cost management

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor culinary team members fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Ensure smooth operations during all meal periods with consistent execution
- Be responsible for exceptional quality and presentation of all dishes in alignment with Arlo's culinary vision
- Assist with menu planning seasonal specials and innovation of new offerings
- Monitor food and labor costs to support operational efficiency with the Chef de Cuisine
- Enforce proper food handling sanitation and safety procedures
- Support the team in training scheduling and performance management
