Job Description

Community Partners in Action (CPA) is one of the oldest and most respected organizations in the United States dedicated to criminal justice reform and advocacy. Founded nearly 150 years ago, CPA champions initiatives aimed at preserving the dignity and rights of individuals impacted by the justice system, both during incarceration and after release. The organization serves over 4,000 individuals annually throughout Connecticut through diverse programs including reentry and housing assistance, youth initiatives, a nationally recognized Prison Arts Program, and holistic approaches that offer alternatives to incarceration. CPA is deeply committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion under its BEDI (Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) culture framework, striving to create a workplace that reflects these values and to drive meaningful reform that ends racial inequities within the justice system.
