  • knowledge of food safety standards and certifications (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent)
  • ability to manage kitchen staff and operations effectively
  • strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree or certification preferred
