This full-time position, offering an annual salary range between $60,000 and $65,000 along with yearly bonus opportunities, centers on supporting the Minnesota Vikings Foundation’s initiative to provide nutritious meals to youth across the Greater Twin Cities area. The role focuses specifically on the Vikings Table Food Truck, a critical community outreach platform that delivers healthy food options while strengthening community bonds. This position works directly alongside the Executive Chef, assisting with meal preparation, food service, and operational duties both at the food truck and during major events, such as Minnesota Vikings home football games.

The responsibility involved in this role includes preparing and distributing approximately 1,000 meals to community members in need and supporting various meal programs benefiting notable organizations like the Boys & Girls Club and Ronald McDonald House. The successful candidate plays a vital role in ensuring food quality, safety compliance, and efficient meal production under high-volume conditions.
