Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage P&L responsibilities
  • Passion for sustainability and food quality

  • Knowledge of HACCP standards

  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus focusing on local food sourcing and sustainability
  • Monitor food cost controls and manage purchasing
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
  • Lead and train culinary staff
  • Oversee food production, sanitation, and presentation
  • Handle P&L accountability and service contract management
