This role requires a working knowledge of HACCP standards, experience with exposition cooking, and familiarity with food and catering trends emphasizing quality, production, sanitation, and presentation. The position is excellent for individuals who possess strong culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings, coupled with expertise in inventory and purchasing controls.

Morrison Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, paid parental leave, flexible time off, holiday and personal leave, an associate shopping program, and health and wellness initiatives.
