Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of management experience in upscale restaurant settings
- Valid food handler's card where applicable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in full service upscale restaurant management
- Passion for quality food and exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Food handler's card where required
Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen management
- Lead kitchen staff in scratch cooking established recipes and weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen personnel focusing on business goals
- Manage process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass white glove inspection
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Oversee inventory control and food safety compliance
