Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of management experience in upscale restaurant settings
  • Valid food handler's card where applicable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in full service upscale restaurant management
  • Passion for quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Food handler's card where required

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen management
  • Lead kitchen staff in scratch cooking established recipes and weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen personnel focusing on business goals
  • Manage process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass white glove inspection
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Oversee inventory control and food safety compliance
