The Chef Manager position at Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is a vital leadership role within the culinary services team, reporting directly to the Culinary Services Manager. This role is designed for a skilled culinary professional with strong management abilities who will focus on delivering outstanding customer service and food experiences. In addition to managing day-to-day kitchen operations, the Chef Manager will build strong relationships with residents and clients to ensure feedback is addressed and services continually improved. The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary management experience, preferably in contract foodservice or fine dining settings, along with knowledge of union environments, making them well-equipped to handle both operational and people management challenges.
