The Chef Manager role based in Minneapolis, MN offers an exciting opportunity to join Eurest’s growing business. This position is responsible for leading both the culinary and food service operations, ensuring every aspect of the dining experience meets the highest standards. Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles
  • Experience in contract foodservice or fine dining
  • Ability to manage inventory and purchasing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Strong expertise in inventory management and purchasing control
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with emphasis on quality, sanitation, and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Understanding of P&L accountability and contract-managed service
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties
