As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for managing all culinary aspects of food service, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Experience with contract-managed food service preferred
  • Proficiency in menu development and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
  • Ability to oversee inventory and purchasing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Experience in inventory, purchasing, and cost control
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop and implement menus with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability
  • Monitor and control food costs and production quality
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety standards such as HACCP
  • Oversee exposition cooking and presentation of food
  • Maintain P&L accountability and support contract-managed food service operations
